2011 APF Women’s Fitcamp Schedule

APF Women’s Fitcamps follow a 4 week training schedule.  Camps run for 4 weeks, followed by 1 week of rest.  The only exceptions to the schedule are three, 3 week sessions in the middle of the year, and one 3 week session at the end of the year, followed by a 2 week break during the busy, stressful holiday season to provide complete physical and mental recovery from a solid year of training.  For specific camp dates, please refer to the schedule below.

APF Women’s FitCamp is located in Carmel Valley, at Love to Dance Inc., 11120 E Open Air Dr.  Classes for this location are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00am.
